Party

Yes! Today is my party! I'm having a baseball party and it's going to be really fun; I know it. Me and my friends are going to play baseball. We even have t-shirts for each team. I hope my team wins.

Pitching Perfect

This year there has been a lot of good pitiching the the Major Leagues.

First we'll start out with a perfect game for the Phillies Roy Halladay on May 28, 2010. A 1-0 win gave Roy Halladay the perfect game. Juan Castro came in to score on a Shane Victorino double, so the Phillies took the lead and that was the only run in the game.

Next we have the no-hitter by Ubaldo Jimenez of the Colorado Rockies.

Third is another perfect game by Dallas Braden on the Oakland A's. It was the same month as Roy Halladay's. It was on May 9, 2010.

And last but not least we have another no-hitter. Edwin Jackson from the Arizona Diamondbacks got a no-hitter on June 25, 2010.

There was almost one more perfect game. With 2 outs in the 9th inning, Armando Galaraga pitched the ball and the hitter was called safe at first. But after watching the replay, it should have been an out and it should have been a perfect game, but it wasn't. That is really sad. The umpire that made the call even cried because he knew he made the wrong call.

All-Star Game

A 3-1 win for the National League! It was the first time since 1996 that the National League won the All-Star game. Bryan McCann from the Braves hit a double to bring in the winning runs. How did they do it this year? How did they win?

Home Run Derby

Can't believe Big Papi won. Had a bad start but came back to win it all. He beat Hanley Ramirez in the final round.
